All services (including various other activities) of Faith Alive Church church are recorded / photographed. Images of the people attending or participating in the service (or other activity) may be used and shown in our TV ministry ,resources and for other promotional purposes and commercial activities. By attending any service (or other activity) you agree to Faith Alive Church using your image and personal information in these recordings.

 

In addition the following is automatically collected during a website visit:
i) Technical information, including your Internet protocol (IP) address (used to connect your computer to the Internet), your login information (if appropriate), browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, and operating system and platform; 
ii) Information about your visit, including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL), clickstream to, through and from our site (including date and time), page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), methods used to browse away from the page and any phone number used to call our offices and staff members.
d) Information we receive from other sources. We may also receive information about you from other websites that we utilise or control, third parties who work closely with us including, for example, business partners, payment and delivery services and search information providers. 
e) If you are an employee or volunteer we may also hold certain categories of sensitive information such as personal financial details, age, gender, marital status, date of birth, full employment and educational history, references, medical and criminal records.
f) We also operate CCTV within and around Faith Alive Church CCTV signs are visible on the premises.
g) Where practicable, the purpose for which we collect personal information will be made clear at the time of collection. If you do not provide us with certain information we may be unable to provide you with certain services or assistance requested.
h) Users can use the church website without revealing who they are or other personal information unless they log on, place an order or register with us. We will not collect any personal information about visitors to the website except when they knowingly provide it.
